Adidas EQT Cheap
Unveiled as part of
Adidas EQT Women anniversary collection, Canada’s Livestock has recently released its Running Support 93 collaboration. Left to predominantly indulge in the line’s signature grey and “Sub Green” color palette, the newly-launched pair also features grid motifs across its mixed materials upper. Livestock’s namesake appears on the lateral forefoot, while its logo appears on the right shoe’s heel.
Debuted in 1991, the
Adidas EQT Sale range was the brainchild of Robert Strasser and Peter Moore, two industry icons that jumped ship from NIKE, Inc. to the Three Stripes in the late 1980s. An attempt to regain market share within the U.S., the Equipment line produced propositions like the Race Walk and
Adidas EQT Cheap that served as functional products for dedicated sports people. Beyond the more obvious running-oriented designs, Strasser and Moore’s creation allowed adidas to create performance footwear for tennis, golf, rugby and more.
While no longer the latest example of the Three Stripes’ innovation, the
Adidas EQT Men series has birthed a lot of trends and designs since debuting 30 years ago. As part of the line’s milestone anniversary, the German sportswear behemoth has remastered four original models from the Equipment series: the Support, Race Walk, Cushion and Prototype.
